The Organization shall be called “Mahi Sawar Ehsania Foundation”.

The Jurisdiction of the Organization shall be the whole of Bangladesh especially Northwestern part of Bogra Town including the district of Bogra.

The Head Office of the Organization shall be situated in Bogra Housing Estate, Upashahar, Bogra Bangladesh and if necessary, branches may be established anywhere in Bangladesh.

In future we can be established Mahi Sawar Ehsania Hospital in own place.

(a) To established a Hospital named “Mahi Sawar Ehsania Hospital” as one of the sister concerns of the Foundation to achieve divine blessings of the Almighty Allah through extending selfless medical services to the poor and distressed people.

(b) To extend medical facilities to the distressed people especially the low income group, very poor and downtrodden patients with free medicine as per prescription or with very normal fees, pathological, clinical services at a very cheaper rate. Maternal health care, vaccination, Polio, DPT, etc. for the children, severe venereal diseases including AIDs, Drug addicts, Mal-Nutrition and Vitamins, Diarreahoea, Cholera, Pox, Typhoid, Malaria etc. including Heart, Kidney and Cancer patients shall be given proper medical treatment.

(c) Treatment of ENT, Dental, Eye, Skin, Urology, Neurology, Orthopedics, Diabetics patients shall be given with care. Besides, medical treatment to the people affected by epidemic, natural calamities, accident, including family planning shall be undertaken by special Physicians. 

(d) To protect healthy social environment, undertake health care services to all. Homeopathy, Unany, Ayurvedy treatment, moreover arrangements for treatment of all kinds of diseases and to undertake program for some other treatment as are needed.

(e) To undertake health awareness program and to provide necessary health education to the people regarding preventive measures against various diseases. Publish magazine, Periodicals, brochures, banners, advertisements etc. and to hold seminar and symposium, observe national and international days related to health.

(f) The organization shall remain completely a Non-political and Non-communal one.

(g) To eliminate poverty, illiteracy and unemployment from the society. Food, Clothing and Shelter for the distressed, family planning and over all improvement of the standard of life of children and mother, establishment of educational institutions for the children and women including adult education and orphanage. Development of Agriculture, Industry, Handicrafts, Cottage Industry and Pottery, Sewing, Embroidery, Bootic etc. Rearing of Domestic animals including Goats and Poultry, fishery, re-excavation of silted ponds, construction and repairing of roads, drains, culverts, cleaning of rubbish etc. for the improvement of environment and provide services at the time of famine, epidemic and natural calamities & crisis. Education in the field of science and technology, establishment of training institution, library and research centers including job oriented programs. Resistance of social decadence, superstition and evil culture. Improvement of the standard of education ethics, literature and patriotism. Any other steps deemed necessary for mass development of the society.
